Welcome to Education By Teachers. By purchasing, downloading, or using our resources through Teachers Pay Teachers (TpT), you agree to the following Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Please read them carefully.

  1. License and Usage Rights
  • All resources purchased are licensed for single-teacher, single-classroom use only, unless otherwise stated.
  • Resources may not be:
    • Shared, resold, or distributed (digitally or physically).
    • Uploaded to public websites, shared drives, or social media.
    • Modified for resale or redistribution.
  • For school, district, or multiple-classroom use, an additional license must be purchased through TpT.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All materials, designs, activities, and assessments are the exclusive property of Education By Teachers.
  • Purchase does not transfer ownership; you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the resource in your classroom.
  • Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  1. Digital Delivery
  • All products are delivered digitally through TpT.
  • No physical items will be shipped.
  • Once purchased, you will have access to the files via your TpT account.
  1. Refund Policy

To maintain fairness and protect our intellectual property, all sales are considered final. Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally buy the same resource more than once, TpT may issue a refund upon request.
  2. Technical Issues: If you are unable to access a file due to a technical problem with TpT or a corrupted file, contact us and we will provide a corrected version.
  3. Wrong File Delivered: If you receive an incorrect file, we will promptly replace it with the correct one.

Outside of these situations, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the digital nature of the products.

  1. Teacher Responsibility
  • Please review product descriptions, previews, and thumbnails carefully before purchasing.
  • If you have questions about a resource, contact us before purchase.
  • Ensure that your device and software are compatible with the file type provided (e.g., PDF, PowerPoint, Google Slidesâ„¢, or HTML).
  1. Updates to Resources
  • Education By Teachers may update products from time to time (corrections, improvements, or new content).
  • Once purchased, you will have access to these updates at no extra cost through TpT.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Education By Teachers is not liable for any technical issues caused by third-party platforms, browser incompatibility, or user error.
  • Our responsibility is limited to ensuring that the purchased file works as described.
